Job Description: Responsible for participating in the development of the short and long-term product sales strategy for the Company. Implements the annual tactical plan to ensure the success of the Company’s product sales programs. Monitors the progress of sales; maintains records and provides reports to senior management. Defines and recommends new products and services for market opportunities. Job Responsibilities: Assists in implementing advertising and promotional activities. Conducts analysis of sales pipeline to assist senior sales employees in the negotiations. Administers an annual operating budget for product sales team. Assists senior sales employees on negotiations with customer representatives on both technical and commercial issues to reach mutually acceptable terms for an appropriate sales agreement. Consistent exercise of independent judgment and discretion in matters of significance. Assists in product training to recommend product and services to achieve business objectives. Negotiates with customer representatives on both technical and commercial issues to reach mutually acceptable terms for an appropriate sales agreement. Other duties and responsibilities as assigned. Regular, consistent and punctual attendance. Must be able to work nights and weekends, variable schedule(s) as necessary.
