Job Description:

Responsible for participating in the development of the short and long-term product sales strategy for the Company. Implements the annual tactical plan to ensure the success of the Company’s product sales programs. Monitors the progress of sales; maintains records and provides reports to senior management. Defines and recommends new products and services for market opportunities.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Assists in implementing advertising and promotional activities.
  • Conducts analysis of sales pipeline to assist senior sales employees in the negotiations.
  • Administers an annual operating budget for product sales team.
  • Assists senior sales employees on negotiations with customer representatives on both technical and commercial issues to reach mutually acceptable terms for an appropriate sales agreement.
  • Consistent exercise of independent judgment and discretion in matters of significance.
  • Assists in product training to recommend product and services to achieve business objectives.
  • Negotiates with customer representatives on both technical and commercial issues to reach mutually acceptable terms for an appropriate sales agreement.
  • Other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
  • Regular, consistent and punctual attendance. Must be able to work nights and weekends, variable schedule(s) as necessary.

Qualification & Experience:

  • Bachelor’s Degree
