Job Description:
We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Payroll Administrator to join our talented HR Team based in our High Street Head Office in Swindon, Wiltshire on a 9-month fixed term based to pick up the normal BAU activities. Reporting into the Current Payroll Manager the main purpose of this role is to ensure all processes are executed appropriately and in a timely manner.
Job Responsibilities:
- Writing/updating payroll procedures and processes
- Support in administration of the monthly payrolls processing payroll changesNew Starters, Leavers, Transfers
- Support Ad hoc projects
- Participate in regular team meetings
- Responsible for checking payslips and reports at payroll validation rectifying identified issues
- Resolution of escalated payroll queries and issues
- Support Payroll Supervisor / Manager in other ad hoc duties
- Offer first line payroll support for employees and line managers
- Awareness of changes to current payroll legislation
Job Requirements:
- Experience of working in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of multiple payroll platforms
- Payroll Administrator in a medium-to-large scale business
- CIPP qualified (desirable)
