Job Responsibilities: Provide regular updates to key business stakeholders on new initiatives, data insights and key results Identify opportunity and initiatives to continually increase acquisition, customer satisfaction, conversion rates, average basket value and reduce bounce rates and abandonment rates Conduct commercial analysis to assess new business opportunities Work closely with the optimisation teams to track customer journey performance and find opportunities for minimising customer pain points Drive the team’s focus on Optimisation through the regular delivery of insights / opportunities Be an expert in Google Analytics experienced in advanced data extraction and accurate data tracking set up and maintenance in GA Provide data analysis and insights to support effective decision-making Support the delivery of the CRO strategy using experience in AB and multivariant testing Job Requirements: Sharp eye for detail, deadline-driven, and able to multi-task with solid organizational and time-management skills Capable of using multiple data sources to analyse complex problems Strong technical capability using Google Analytics, Data Studio, Content Square or similar UX analysis platforms Problem solving; knows how to attack a problem and has the tenacity to solve difficult problems, and see tasks through to completion Experience in CRO, e-commerce merchandising/trading You will be using Content square, Maximiser, GA, Power BI and other analytics tools as required Strong analytical knowledge and the ability to provide commercial actionable analytic solutions A customer-centric thinker and will challenge yourself, your team and your colleagues to deliver the absolute best customer experience Numerate and articulate – tell the story using data and vice versa Job Details: Company: WHSmith Vacancy Type: Full Time Job Location: Bristol, England, UK Application Deadline: N/A Apply Here Careersvilla.com
