Job Description:

Participates in all aspects of the category management and planogramming/reset process. Works in conjunction with regional category buyers and is the liaison between Data Team and Buyers to resolve team issues.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain linear set matrix for all stores.
  • Maintain planograms for the region, develop store specific planograms for new stores.
  • Point person for set audits and planogram accuracy.
  • Point person for communication and interaction with Global Data/Planogram team.
  • Participate in the category management process: new item review, new item introduction allocations, planogram work, new and discontinued communication process, category review schedule.
  • Responsible for pulling discos out new items into planogram files.
  • Develop planograms as a tool of category management.
  • Communicate on planogram process development.
  • Point person for all store resets and regional category reset process.

Job Requirements:

  • Proficient Excel knowledge or ability to learn additional advanced systems
  • Excellent organizational and prioritization skills
  • Ability to drive tasks to completion
  • Knowledge of Whole Foods Market policies and procedures
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
  • Attention to detail and excellent proof reading skills
  • High school diploma or equivalent and 3 to 5 years of relevant functional experience
  • Must have some knowledge with Data Warehouse systems
  • Knowledge and facility with interpreting data
