Job Description: As one of our APS Program Managers, you play a vital role on the Region 2 APS team. Provide oversight for training, quality assurance, and community liaison needs within the area that makes up Region 2, Northwest Washington. Plan, lead, develop, coordinate and implement all APS Program policies and procedures throughout the Region. Job Responsibilities: Your exceptional interpersonal skills, leadership and team building Performance management and training of staff Effective organizational change management and application of Lean principles to develop standardized work processes Ability to provide policy interpretation and clarification, consultation, and training Your ability to coordinate all regional quality assurance activities to ensure accuracy and quality Job Requirements: Professionals with a Master's degree in social science, health, public administration or related fields, and 4 years of professional experience planning, administering, developing, or delivering social and health service programs, preferably in long term services support programs Or a Bachelor's Degree and 5 years of experience Complete knowledge and understanding of all laws and regulations pertaining to APS in Washington State as well as knowledge of all programs administered by Aging and Disability Services Knowledge of and skill to interpret state and federal statutes and regulations of Aging and Long Term Support, APS program; Native American Tribal Codes and the ability to interpret those statutes and regulations into policies and procedures Proven ability to analyze complex issues and problems and develop effective and efficient solutions Job Details: Company: State of Washington Vacancy Type: Full Time Job Functions: Information Technology Job Location: Renton, WA, US Application Deadline: N/A Apply Here careersvilla.com
