Job Description: Ensures a fluid work environment within the office of the Executive(s) and the departments they support by performing administrative and office management duties. Uses initiative and good judgment; works independently with little supervision and maintains strict confidentiality. Job Responsibilities: Screens/prioritizes/directs incoming calls and mail/correspondence, taking appropriate actions as necessary. Initiate and follow-up on action items for new and/or routine projects, processes, and/or policies, includes acquiring and maintaining technology needs through standard UO/UPR procedures, onboarding, sourcing, and work space coordination. Maintains executive(s)’ calendar and makes all necessary arrangements for appointments and travel. Provides administrative support for the executive(s) and corresponding department that may include typing, mailing, emailing, copying and other essential administrative duties. Performs other duties as assigned. Develops and maintains reports (including expense reports), databases, presentations, spreadsheets and/or files as appropriate and required. Understand and actively participate in Environmental, Health & Safety responsibilities by following established UO policy, procedures, training and team member involvement activities. Qualification & Experience: EDUCATION: High school degree or GED is required. Bachelor’s degree is preferred. EXPERIENCE: 3 to 5 years of senior administrative assistant experience required; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
