Job Description:
THIS POSTING WILL BE USED FOR ON-GOING RECRUITMENT AND WILL REMAIN OPEN UNTIL FILLED.
The Summer Internship will help the New Mexico Office of Natural Resources Trustee achieve its mission to return injured natural resources and the services they provide to the condition that would have existed absent the release of contamination. The position exists to assist ONRT staff identify and evaluate contamination sites where ONRT action may be warranted.
Job Responsibilities:
- This position serves Natural Resources Trustee and the residents of New Mexico.
Job Requirements:
- Interest in and experience with natural resource issues in New Mexico
- Knowledge of ONRT’s role in restoring the state’s environment
- Demonstrated research and writing skills
- Current enrollment in an accredited college or university.
- Employment Requirements
- Must possess and maintain a valid driver’s license.
