Job Description: The Operations Excellence Team is seeking candidates for the Design teams supporting Property and Casualty (P&C) Underwriting; State Farm Payment Plan (SFPP) and State Farm Billing Production and Contact Centers. Job Responsibilities: Fostering an environment for improved process transparency, root cause analysis, and operational decision making Monitoring process results, leading root cause analysis, and developing action plans to address performance gaps Assisting in the identification and implementation of process changes which result in a measurable improvement to customer value (operational efficiency, service, quality, customer experience) Assisting in the management of continuous improvement feedback loop through the evaluation, prioritization, and implementation of associate ideas Supporting a culture of continuous improvement by providing ongoing support and coaching of Underwriting execution Assisting in the development and maintenance of definitions, calculations, and targets for metrics Guiding management and associates during process improvement initiatives Assisting with the development, maintenance, and consistent application of standard processes across all work teams Qualification & Experience: Ability to establish and maintain positive working relationships with peers, as well as Executive and Underwriting leadership and employees who are the primary business partners supported in this role Strong technical/analytical aptitude and intellectual curiosity with a continuous improvement mindset Ability to analyze trends and statistical information, develops reports, and provides recommendations Ability to complete analysis of complex business issues and clearly communicate findings to a broad audience Has experience applying design thinking and has demonstrated an understanding of change adoption needs Ability to lead and facilitate meetings with business partners of various levels Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment Job Details: Company: State Farm Vacancy Type: Full Time Job Location: Richardson, TX, US Application Deadline: N/A Apply Here Careersvilla.com
