Job Description: As a Director, Brand Management on the Starbucks Latin America and Caribbean team, you will contribute to Starbucks success by defining and leading the tactical and strategic direction of brand management, marketing and innovation activities in our 22 Latin America markets. Job Responsibilities: Digital Customer Experience: Lead strategic direction for growth of loyalty platform in Latin America and Caribbean. Expand new digital channels (MOP, Curbside, Delivery). Lead strategic transformation into personalized marketing strategy. Brand Communication: Lead brand communication strategy in and out of store. Define regional and seasonal communication campaigns. Product Innovation: Define brand strategic plan for the region including product portfolio, beverage innovation, and category growth plan (beverage, food, retail lobby) Job Requirements: Ability to balance multiple priorities and meet deadlines. Strong analytical and technical skills; comfortable with syndicated data. Ability to work both independently and as part of a team. Strong interpersonal skills. Experience leading a global, geographically dispersed team. Strong problem-solving abilities. Functions effectively with ambiguity. Ability to communicate clearly and concisely, both orally and in writing. Progressive experience in brand management: 10+ years Must be able to work in a matrix environment, able to collaborate cross functionally.
