Job Responsibilities:
- Develop and manage KPIs for facilities as well as support for Latin America and Caribbean.
- Support new store development in the Caribbean, remodels, relocations and portfolio reviews.
- Support existing project development manager with new market openings.
Job Requirements:
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to communicate clearly and concisely, both orally and in writing
- Knowledge of licensing and franchise environments
- Ability to apply consultative skills in a business environment
- Superior organizational skills with a strict attention to detail.
- Knowledge of business planning and financial performance measures
- Strong presentation skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects & priorities concurrently.
- Strong negotiation and sales skills
- Knowledge of retail and restaurant industries
