Job Responsibilities:

  • Develop and manage KPIs for facilities as well as support for Latin America and Caribbean.
  • Support new store development in the Caribbean, remodels, relocations and portfolio reviews.
  • Support existing project development manager with new market openings.

Job Requirements:

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to communicate clearly and concisely, both orally and in writing
  • Knowledge of licensing and franchise environments
  • Ability to apply consultative skills in a business environment
  • Superior organizational skills with a strict attention to detail.
  • Knowledge of business planning and financial performance measures
  • Strong presentation skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects & priorities concurrently.
  • Strong negotiation and sales skills
  • Knowledge of retail and restaurant industries
