Job Responsibilities:
- Manage new equipment implementations and projects
- Research and implement continuous improvement opportunities
- Maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality
- Lead and mentor less experienced team members
- Responsible for the management and/or implementation of food safety, legality and quality programs
- Perform advance troubleshooting of electrical and instrumentation issues for the packaging equipment and machines, Automated Coffee Roasting System, transfer systems and custom software applications
- Participate in World Class Manufacturing team sessions
- Assist Engineering with updates, changes and testing of new modifications
- Perform periodic maintenance of systems
Job Requirements:
- Working with electrical codes (5 years)
- Ability to use electronics test equipment
- Ability to troubleshoot and create automation software
- Ability to read, write and understand polices, guidelines, specifications and safety standards
- Ability to perform computer-aided design and use databases
- Design and programming of instrumentation process controls (5 years)
- Electrical troubleshooting (5 years)
- General industrial maintenance and electrical systems (5 years)
- Using and creating mechanical and electrical blueprints and technical equipment manuals (5 years)
- Ability to communicate clearly and concisely, both orally and in writing
