Job Description: In this role, you’ll utilize recruitment marketing tools to promote the value of working at Staples to help attract top talent to join our team. You will be driving qualified candidate leads to apply through social engagement, brand awareness, events, and marketing campaigns. The ideal candidate will bring experience with end-to-end email marketing campaigns, a gift for storytelling, and an ability to reach and effectively engage the right audience through our social channels and partnerships. We are looking for someone who has the drive of a sales leader and the creativity of a marketer. This role is a balance of strategic and executional. You will think through channels, messaging and website design while also rolling up your sleeves to execute campaigns, programs, and events. Job Responsibilities: Managing social media content development, publishing, engagement, and reporting Utilize CRM functionality and email marketing for lead nurturing and generating a pipeline of qualified applicants Develop social media strategies and messaging for multiple talent pools Generate applications for Staples open roles Partner with and project manage internal and external resources on deliverables such as the design and creation of signs, banners, radio ads, and digital assets Support hiring events and manage resume books Career website design and enhancements Evaluate & identify tactics and optimal channels that will be most effective in reaching specified audiences Oversight of programmatic marketing initiatives Utilize social media platforms (Twitter, LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram) to reach candidate pools, engage them, and grow our follower base Job Requirements: Social media expertise, knowing how to attract followers and keep them engaged Experience organizing campaigns and events to build brand awareness and generate qualified leads You’re curious, resourceful, a self-starter, a creative problem solver, an effective communicator, an organized project manager and a team player You know how to communicate the value proposition of working at our company through authentic messaging An ability to analyze data to improve the performance of our efforts over time.
