Job Description:

The Coordinator II, Guest Relations is responsible for responding to all escalated matters and tickets to help mitigate customers sending issues to the DOT.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Analyze trends: Track common issues received and determine potential solutions. Coordinate with management on reporting and correcting bugs.
  • May perform other responsibilities as assigned. Responsibilities and duties may change when circumstances dictate (e.g., emergencies change in workload, rush jobs or technical developments).
  • Accurate & Timely Responses: Resolve all customer concerns by thoroughly researching and providing accurate and well-written responses.

Qualification & Experience:

  • Annual FAA certification
  • 5-7 years experience

  • Outstanding presentation and public speaking skills, with a professional presence.
  • Associate degree or equivalent experience
  • Controlled Substance & Alcohol Reasonable Suspicion Training
  • Well-developed ability to provide clear, effective, timely, and constructive feedback to candidates, team members, supervisors, and managers.
  • Current and valid driver’s license
