Job Description: The HR Business Partner, Retail provides leadership and partnership to Sephora Retail management and employees (typically for one to two regions) to deliver a spectrum of strategic and tactical HR support and programs which are aligned with the Retail business initiatives. This role provides data and recommendations related to effective coaching, retention, succession planning, and other employee-related activities. The HR Business Partner is a constant champion for Sephora’s principles-based culture and core values and drives HR functional excellence and process improvement. Job Responsibilities: Assess/identify training needs for leadership development and collaboratively build solutions Contribute to the development of Regional Directors, District Managers and Store Managers specifically in their capabilities in HR practices; coach and empower them to effectively manage the HR demands of their teams Discuss performance concerns/opportunities and identify root causes, offering effective and holistic solutions. Ensure effective implementation of performance management tools and processes; partner with field leadership on all employee relations issues Act as change champions in support of HR/Talent initiatives and functional strategy Facilitate succession planning/talent reviews Support the implementation of and execution of culture/engagement surveys and subsequent action-planning support Partner with HR Director, peer HRBPs and business leaders to identify and implement people priorities that support the organizational goals Job Requirements: Strong interpersonal communication skills, including influencing and ability to encourage innovation Ability to successfully navigate ambiguous people challenges Strong presentation and facilitation skills Adapt to changing priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment Highly collaborative; demonstrate willingness and ability to work with teams Action and detail oriented with a strong drive for results Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to multi-task Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) and internet navigation Sound judgment and discretion; able to handle sensitive and confidential information appropriately Qualification & Experience: Proficiency in LOA and ADAAA administration Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field, or equivalent work experience Prior employee relations experience 7+ years progressive experience in Human Resources preferred Minimum of 5 years in an HRBP or multi-until field leadership role Fluent in spanish a plus Job Details: Company: Sephora Vacancy Type: Full Time Job Location: Orlando, FL, US Application Deadline: N/A Apply Here Careersvilla.com
