Job Description:
The Human Services Program Integrity Division is recruiting for a Quality Review Supervisor III to supervise the auditing and validating of accurate eligibility case processing for one or more public assistance programs through subordinate supervisors. Quality Review Supervisors III also have administrative responsibility over the quality control/assurance section.
Job Responsibilities:
- Travel throughout the County and State is required.
- Employees will be required to make provision for transportation.
- A valid California Class C driver license and proof of liability insurance must be produced and maintained for the individual providing the transportation.

Job Requirements:

Qualification & Experience:
- Experience: Three (3) years of experience in a California welfare/transitional assistance program with two (2) years of experience supervising in at least one (1) of the following program areas: eligibility determination; welfare/transitional assistance program appeals and complaints; or quality review/control.
