A critical role as a Senior Business Change and Product Launch Manager has become available within Royal Mail, where you will be responsible for ensuring successful introduction of product developments to market, through integration and coordination of key relationships across the business including Operations, Customer Experience, Product, Marketing, Web, App and others.

Job Responsibilities:

A critical role has become available within Royal Mail for a Senior Product Deployment Manager. You will be responsible for ensuring successful introduction of product developments to market, through integration and coordination of key relationships across the business including Operations, Customer Experience, Product, Marketing, Web, App and others. Leading the transition through all customer and change activities and ensuring parties are on board and fully enabled to deploy these changes. Acting as overall responsible Lead for all activities related Marketing, Web, App and others. Acting as overall responsible Lead for all activities related to ensuring a robustly controlled business change process, development and delivery of all required training and change-related communications, successful market launch to end customers and final embedding into Business as Usual teams before handover/closure. Ensuring the benefits planned are delivered as stated to the business, monitoring benefit realisation progress and trend data and identifying interventions to bring back to plan when off-track.

Job Requirements:

  • You will have a minimum of five years Business Change management experience within complex programmes
  • You will have an excellent understanding of programme management processes and practices throughout full lifecycles, from concept to closure, working within structured MSP® / APM® / Prince2® environments
  • You will be a highly capable leader with integrity, tenacity and energy who thrives in complex and demanding environments.
  • Excellent knowledge and experience of benefits realisation management
  • Excellent knowledge and experience of training and communications
  • Excellent written language skills including marketing communication methods, styles and tones
  • You will have an understanding of cost and value drivers through the end to end value chain, including customer take-on, order to cash; pricing, and the operation pipeline.
  • Excellent knowledge and experience of launching new products to market

Qualification & Experience:

  • You will have an industry recognised qualification in Business Change e.g. MSP®, PCM®
  • Industry recognised qualifications desired in communications and marketing
