Job Description: The Manager, IT Portfolio Operations will support the implementation and administration of PPM solutions across the organization with the goal of ensuring alignment and improving the successful execution of initiatives. They will partner across teams to enhance project intake/demand management processes while identifying improvement areas, create and implement recommendations and action plans. This role will train and educate stakeholders on intake(demand management) workflows. The role will maintain and support the development of status reporting standards, metrics and oversee reporting of key metrics such as: budget health, schedule health, major risks and mitigation strategies, rate of new project intake rates, in progress initiatives, resource allocations, etc. Job Responsibilities: Develop and deploy project and program governance strategy with a focus on visibility into trends, communication to steering committees, risk mitigation In conjunction with Product Management teams, fefine and implement latest PPM Solution product road mapping capabilities Support the Strategic Funding team with the creation and presentation of the IT Quarterly Business Review for IT Leadership to share across Royal Caribbean Group business leaders Create a collaborative partnership among portfolio stakeholders that enables demand planning, budget management, initiative strategic alignment, change management, and project pipeline planning decisions. Supports the intake process of projects through the governance process, inclusive of all Royal Caribbean Group initiatives. Develops and delivers project management training to improve consistency and quality in project delivery. Supports Delivery Leads, Scrum Masters, Program and Project Managers within the PPM solutions to ensure transparency of work and a constant evolution of our Delivery Team methodology. Own the reporting and analysis of IT labor capital in existing solution while looking to modernize how we track our labor allocations Owns the knowledge base as it pertains to educating people about our delivery solutions Works with Finance teams to review and modernize how we financially report on both capital and expense project health. Job Requirements: Fully capable of managing business or departmental functions Must have demonstrated experience utilizing project plans, issue logs, risk/mitigation strategies Excellent communication and presentation skills Demonstrates strong knowledge and capabilities across specific area of responsibility Capable of making independent decisions that impact IT and/or business strategy Experience in leading or directing the work of department staff or project teams Proven ability to collaborate with technical peers and management; experience at building effective working relationships throughout the organization Accepts accountability and manages execution of individual and team results at corporate and divisional level Strong ability to quickly adapt to shifting priorities and align activities to meet organizational goals Well versed in project management techniques, processes, tools and methodologies Qualification & Experience: More than three (3) years’ experience in IT Program/Project Management with Delivery Team experience Demonstrated project portfolio management skills (project intake, resource planning, demand management, budget management) Effectiveness working diplomatically across teams with varying objectives. Ability to manage small to medium sized projects- managing scope, schedule, resources, risks/issues, and cost, along with supporting large projects and programs. Experience with Project and Portfolio Management tools (ex.
