Job Description: Provide advice and guidance on all matters related to radiation within Drilling and Completions Operations. Supervise contractor’s NORM activities on both onshore and offshore fields. Develop and maintain Radiation Protection Program and ensure operation execution at well site compliance with relevant regulatory, corporate and department requirements. Qualification & Experience: Good computer application and English proficiency with excellent oral and written communication skills. At least 8 years’ experience in oil and gas business including minimum 3 years exposed to NORM operation is a must either on drilling, WO or well service operation. Completed Radiation Protection Training Course recognized by Regulatory authority with valid RPO licensing. Understand basic of drilling, workover and well service operation practice and technique which are not limited to, well stimulation, logging, Coil tubing and well testing in addition to slick line operations. B.SC degree In an Engineering discipline or equivalent. Good knowledge in developing and delivery of radiation protection awareness programs.
