Job Description: Develop a comprehensive Oil Spill Claims System for QatarEnergy and the State of Qatar in accordance with the IOPC (International Oil Pollution Compensation) Funds 1992 Claims Procedure. Develop and establish the claims system relating to oil spills from ships for QaterEnergy and the State from the ground up. Qualification & Experience: High skills and knowledge relating to incident damage claims and incident accounting/costing techniques. A Certificate in International Oil Spill Claims Management 12 Years of experience in Planning / Costing / Finance of which 5 years in a supervisory capacity in Oil & Gas Industry or environmental Organisation. Bachelor Degree in Business Administration or Finance. Excellent analytical skills and Report writing ability. A good working knowledge of the International Oil Pollution Compensation Fund and the activities of the International Association of Independent Tanker Owners (INTERTANKO) and the International Tanker Owners Pollution Federation Limited (ITOPF).
