Job Description:
In this role you will work on the execution of seasonal floor sets to create compelling in-store and window presentations aligning to brand vision and tell story. Your goal is to demonstrate strong visual design skills and feel inspired in a retail store setting to drive sales.
Job Responsibilities:
- Responsible for end results of team and shares responsibility over resources, budget and adherence to policies
- Influence strategy for area/team
- Responsible for quality of services and advice in meeting business partner needs
- Collaborate with cross functional partners in ensuring accurate seasonal product is being show inline with brand marketing and launches
- Build cross functional partnerships and consensus
Job Requirements:
- Ability to problem solve and develop creative solutions
- Sound knowledge of concepts and procedures specific to Field Visual and a basic understanding of the procedures in other relevant areas
- Ability to assess relatively complex situations and analyze data to make judgments and recommend solutions
- Superior time management, multitasking and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and with the team while handling multiple projects concurrently
