Job Description: Our full-time instructors teach as well as develop, deliver, assess, and evaluate training and materials for intelligence professionals. Our instructor cadre is encouraged to continue professional development to enhance existing skills and knowledge or expertise through training related research or course work and through participation and presentations at conferences, seminars and workshops and other fora. They also partner with individuals in academia, the public and private sectors, and other governmental agencies to develop and refine training components, participate in decision-making policy and craft guidelines to enhance their training and performance assessment on the individual and program levels. - Design, develop, document, and deliver training courses. - Design, develop, and administer tests and provide feedback on test performance. - Incorporate training technologies in course development and delivery. - Conduct and participate in needs assessments for training and development. Job Requirements: Qualifications: Salary Range: $92,795 - $142,549 (Experienced) *The qualifications listed are the minimum acceptable to be considered for the position. Salary offers are based on candidates' education level and years of experience relevant to the position and also take into account information provided by the hiring manager/organization regarding the work level for the position. Entry is with a Bachelor's degree plus 6 years of relevant experience, or a Master's degree plus 4 years of relevant experience, or a Doctoral degree plus 2 years of relevant experience. A high school diploma or GED plus 10 years of relevant experience, or an Associate's degree plus 8 years of relevant experience may be considered for individuals with in-depth experience that is clearly related to the position. Degree must be in Education, Curriculum Development, or a related field, or in the relevant subject matter (e.g., Mathematics for a Mathematics instructor).
