Job Responsibilities: Engage key partners and stakeholders on roadmap, strategy and delivery of product features. Responsible for managing finances related to project deliverables. Manage product backlog, user expectations, and requirements scope. Manage one of the key technical teams within the Developer Platform. Analyze, design, and drive solutions for major components and features of platform frameworks. Interface with key stakeholders, technologists and senior management. Mentor and lead software engineers. Qualification & Experience: Experience with Agile, DevOps/Lean methodologies. 8+ years’ managing full-time or offshore engineers. Understanding of UX/UI design principles and patterns. Excellent professionalism and time/task management skills. 6+ years’ experience with one web language such as JavaScript and/or TypeScript. Proficiency with modern web design, HTML5, and CSS3. 3+ years’ experience with SQL and/or NoSQL databases (document-based). 10+ years’ experience in software engineering with building enterprise scale distributed applications. 6+ years’ experience in a modern web framework such as NodeJS, ReactJS, AngularJS or VueJS. Excellent verbal and written communication skills with focused attention to details.
