Job Description: Participates in RPA solution design, configuration and implementation of business process automations. Job Responsibilities: Assist with creation and documentation of test procedures and scenarios for the pre-UAT phases Supports the maintenance and changes to existing RPA processes. Configures and tests RPA processes and objects for projects of moderate complexity and scope. Configures new RPA processes and objects using documented standards and best practices. Prepares documentation for RPA processes and objects used in projects of moderate complexity and scope. Support the Local Operational Teams during the UAT and rollout phases Assists in developing Solution Design Documentation (SDD). Support existing processes and implement change requirements as part of a structured change control process. Participates in post- implementation reviews of both RPA artifact content and process to maximize and share learning. Debug production issues and apply fixes Job Requirements: An aptitude for problem solving, with the ability to take a logical route to the source of an error. An understanding of, and a willingness to adhere to, formal change control procedures and disciplines. The ability to work with a structured and methodical approach, combined with an enquiring mind. Overall understanding of networking principles and Active Directory Good communication skills with the ability to present technical details to a non-technical audience. Good written skills with the ability to produce clear and concise documentation Experience creating RPA solutions, preferably with BluePrism software. Familiarity with Agile concepts and methodology. Exposure to scripting and macros.
