In this role you will be responsible for delivering high quality billing solutions and service excellence for our voluntary benefits customers. Facilitate a working dialog with clients and internal business partners in order to provide innovative solutions to the needs of our Voluntary Benefits clients. Job Responsibilities: Works closely with Service partners to ensure a good Customer Billing Experience Participates with new small to mid-sized accounts. Assists in trouble shooting issues and work with our internal IT partners to implement resolution. Monitor billing, transmission, and payment processes for assigned single-product customers. Accountable for standard customers. Job Requirements: High school diploma Strong Communication Skills, both Oral and Written 1-2+ years of work experience Organized and is able to multi task Qualification & Experience: Bachelor’s degree Basic Excel knowledge Strong problem solving skills. Basic understanding of products, services, processes, and systems. Strong customer service skills.
