Job Description:
The primary responsibilities of a Solution’s representative includes researching simple to complex scenarios and handling highly escalated situations. Act as a liaison between annuity operations and agents and clients. Reviews, analyzes, resolves, client and agent service issues ensuring adherence to NASD, SEC, FINRA and internal guidelines. Act as highest level non-managerial individual contributor widely known for subject matter expertise with adherence to tax codes. Interact with wide array of business units, partners and customers to facilitate improvements to existing procedures for the enhancement of customer experience. Coordinate corrections through core processing units, and communicates the resolution to our customers. Responsible for drafting correspondence regarding contract history, corrections and service concerns.
Job Responsibilities:
- Multi-task and navigate systems proficiently
- Communicate resolution and expectations to internal and external customers
- Submit corrections to be processed by core processing units
- Identify root causes and analyze trends
- Participate in special projects and initiatives
- Cross-train across franchises including post issue to effectively balance workload
- Virtual roles predominately work from a home office with periodic visits to the assigned GCSO office as needed for team events, meetings, training, business continuity, etc.
- Pro-Active customer centricity focus is required

- New hires should live a commutable distance from the site the role is posted in
- 3 or more years of customer service experience
- High School diploma
- Series 6 designation or able to obtain
Qualification & Experience:
- MS Office: Word, Excel, Powerpoint
- Bachelor degree preferred
- Strong knowledge of MetLife products, procedures and processes
- Process Improvement mindset
- 2 or more years of annuity experience preferred
