Job Description: Under general supervision, this position supports the daily operations for CKD production using the “GSS+ / PHI system". Act as the responsible interface to the local IT team to ensure all required processes are aligned and working properly with local supply chain requirements. Job Responsibilities: Coordinate and/or conduct all types of application testing as needed. Form an effective interface between the business department and IT i.e. by consulting with business manager to develop solutions to meet business needs. Conduct research, data collection, analysis to support and update required KPIs for Supply chain management. Ensure that documentation relating to business processes is accurate, complete and maintained. Support IT in coordinating all integration-testing with end users. Document findings and provide necessary data to support the chargeback process. Serve as facilitator between the Business and IT networks by identifying and utilizing synergies across the Supply Chain and IT organizations. Provide leadership and support for project work packages. Establish and maintain effective on-going communication within the supply chain and IT organizations. Analyze and improve the business process. Developing system requirements documents. Managing requests for new system processes. Provide system testing support. Support the business operational processes (e.g. scheduling, clearing system errors, year-end inventory,etc.). Qualification & Experience: Working knowledge of Microsoft Office (testing to be conducted on Excel, PowerPoint, and Word) A minimum of three (3) years' of relevant professional experience in the following area(s): Supply Chain function working with SAP, material transfer movements, and/or material flow issues. Working knowledge of GSS+ and PHI Working knowledge of current SAP ERP system This position requires a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain/Operations Management, Information Technology or related area or the equivalent combination of education and experience.
