Job Description:

We are currently looking for an Service Administrator to work in our service department at our Colindale dealership. The role of the service administrator is t o provide administrative support to all areas of the Aftersales department and support other functions as directed by Aftersales Manager.

Job Responsibilities:

  • To invoice and claim manufacturer warranty repairs, retail repairs and Internal repair to a suitably high standard that minimises queries and debt
  • Alloy wheel claim processing
  • To manage the Used Car warranty claim process
  • Follow company banking process
  • Updating customers with Parts On Order (off site) weekly via DSD (inc WIP note update)
  • Job pack preparation Fleet management of MBRG and MBUK supplied vehicles
  • Filing and Archive management
  • WIP management including Rebooking for Parts received
  • To provide administrative support to all areas of the Aftersales department
  • Prioritising all invoicing and release note

Qualification & Experience:

  • Good administration/organisation skills
  • IT literate
  • Ideally previous experience within the automotive industry
  • Ability to work effectively within a team environment
  • Excellent customer service and administrative skills
