Job Description:
We are currently looking for an Service Administrator to work in our service department at our Colindale dealership. The role of the service administrator is t o provide administrative support to all areas of the Aftersales department and support other functions as directed by Aftersales Manager.
Job Responsibilities:
- To invoice and claim manufacturer warranty repairs, retail repairs and Internal repair to a suitably high standard that minimises queries and debt
- Alloy wheel claim processing
- To manage the Used Car warranty claim process
- Follow company banking process
- Updating customers with Parts On Order (off site) weekly via DSD (inc WIP note update)
- Job pack preparation Fleet management of MBRG and MBUK supplied vehicles
- Filing and Archive management
- WIP management including Rebooking for Parts received
- To provide administrative support to all areas of the Aftersales department
- Prioritising all invoicing and release note
Qualification & Experience:
- Good administration/organisation skills
- IT literate
- Ideally previous experience within the automotive industry
- Ability to work effectively within a team environment
- Excellent customer service and administrative skills
