Job Description: We are currently looking for a Sales Administrator based from our Watford dealership. Job Responsibilities: To ensure that marketing targets are created properly for all customers Process sales invoices for all new and used vehicles To create and maintain electronic deal files in accordance with DVLA regulations and ensure compliance with DVLA audit requirements To ensure that all transaction paperwork is stored correctly and digitally via Docuware To assist in the processing of the wholesale funding system report and the updating of the VSB Statuses Process sales orders including the matching of orders with vehicle stocks To collate all relevant paperwork in relation to the direct purchase of vehicles (both new and used) and raise pay where necessary in accordance with company policy To ensure that all part exchange paperwork (V5 & MOT) are filled away regularly Provide support to the sales team as required to enable efficient and timely handover of vehicles to customers To create and maintain new and used vehicle stock records in Autoline Job Requirements: Enthusiastic with a desire to learn all aspects of the accounts/admin function Must be numerate, accurate and show attention to detail Ability to develop knowledge of vehicle specifications and vehicle ordering systems Good telephone and interpersonal skills Job Details: Company: Mercedes-Benz Vacancy Type: Full Time Job Location: Watford, GB Application Deadline: N/A Apply Here Careersvilla.com
