Job Description: We are currently looking for an Admin Supervisor to work in our service department at our Colindale site. Job Responsibilities: Assist with the management and recruitment of the admin team Prioritising all invoicing, release notes, DSB’s. Loading release pack onto DSD and send to customer with DSD Pay link. 15min SLA on completion of repair. Job pack preparation (inc checking SCP , KDMs , C&D prep , GDPR check) Fleet management of MBRG and MBUK supplied vehicles Supporting other functions as directed by ASM Full Off site and completed WIP management Supporting through excellence the manufacturer CSI programme Prioritisation of all invoicing achieving the 15min SLA on completion of repair.
