Job Description:

We are currently looking for an Admin Supervisor to work in our service department at our Colindale site.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Assist with the management and recruitment of the admin team
  • Prioritising all invoicing, release notes, DSB’s. Loading release pack onto DSD and send to customer with DSD Pay link. 15min SLA on completion of repair.
  • Job pack preparation (inc checking SCP , KDMs , C&D prep , GDPR check)
  • Fleet management of MBRG and MBUK supplied vehicles
  • Supporting other functions as directed by ASM
  • Full Off site and completed WIP management
  • Supporting through excellence the manufacturer CSI programme
  • Prioritisation of all invoicing achieving the 15min SLA on completion of repair.
  • Work with warranty team to train all administrators to process manufacturer warranty claims
  • To manage the Used Car warranty claim process

Qualification & Experience:

  • Excellent verbal and nonverbal communicator
  • Computer Literate with experience in learning new systems
  • Experience in working as a team
  • Previous supervisory experience desirable but not essential
  • Demonstrable administration experience in a fast paced customer service environment
