Job Description: We are currently recruiting for a part time Host for our Service Reception to be based at our Brooklands site. Job Responsibilities: Maintaining the up keep of the waiting area and any refreshments or comfort needs required by our customers Customer interactions meet the brands expectations and to support through excellence customer service programme. Taking keys and details from customers who would like to ‘Quick Drop’ their vehicles Ensuring Service check in and handover process for all visiting customers is followed As part of the check in process confirming work required, payment methods, mobile & email contact details, time required and signposting the customer journey.Greeting all non–appointed service walk in guests into the showroom, qualifying their enquiry.
