Job Description: We are currently looking for a Service Control Supervisor to work in our service department at our Watford site. Job Responsibilities: Complaint Resolution including face to face where required Collection and Delivery Control Multi-channel communications with customers in progress Upsell and authority for additional work identified Delayed work updates and Parts ordering Working with DTTLs to ensure the repair of vehicles in a timely manner and to brand standards Effective use of department Autoline system and standards Full preparation for vehicle check out Achieving Manufacturer CSI targets Creation of a contact history through effective use of DSD Comm standards Job Requirements: Evidence of delivering against manufacturer CSI targets Previous supervisory experience desirable but not essential Excellent verbal and nonverbal communicator Experience in working as a team Computer Literate with experience in learning new systems Demonstrable motor trade service advisor, technician or workshop control experience Job Details: Company: Mercedes-Benz Vacancy Type: Full Time Job Location: Surrey, GB Application Deadline: N/A Apply Here Careersvilla.com
