Job Description:

We are currently looking for a Service Controller to work in our service department at our Chelsea site.

Job Responsibilities:

• Collection and Delivery Control
• RSA & 1 Link Management
• Delivery of first class customer experience
• Upsell and authority for additional work identified
• Achieving Manufacturer CSI targets
• Delayed work updates and Parts ordering
• Full preparation for vehicle check out
• Responsible for multi-channel communications with customers in progress
• Effective use of department Autoline IT system and standards
• Creating a contact history through effective use of IT (DSD Comm) standards

Job Requirements:

• Excellent verbal and nonverbal communicator
• Experience in working as a team
• Evidence of delivering against manufacturer CSI targets
• Demonstrable motor trade service advisor or workshop controller experience
• Computer Literate with experience in learning new systems
