The Senior Analyst will be a trusted strategic partner for the Purchasing and Marketing departments as well as liaising with the wider organisation on the areas of stock management and business optimisation. Job Responsibilities: Provide insight into leading analytical practices and integrate same as part of our core operations Assist with the development and generation of scheduled KPI report performance dashboards and reports Responsible for measurement, planning and formal financial reporting of key business areas and their effect on business performance The point of authority for stock and consumer behaviour analysis practices within the organisation Advocate, design and develop data-fuelled solutions that help our stakeholders improve strategic decision making Management of one Business Analyst Job Requirements: You are someone others enjoy working with and for. You are a team player with excellent interpersonal and managerial skills. Proven ability to work in a cross-functional, fast-paced environment Minimum 3 years post qualification work experience You love analysing businesses; you have passion for understanding complex datasets and the challenges they bring. You are a natural communicator at ease discussing complex business solutions at BoD level and with international colleagues.
