Job Description:

We are looking for a Home from Home Coordinator with experience of selecting, handling and rehoming dogs in a working environment to lead our Home from Home foster scheme.

Job Requirements:

The successful candidate will be working alongside our full-time Home from Home Co-ordinator and will be able to work on their own initiative and have experience in handling dogs and the complexities involved regarding matching dogs to potential adopters. Able to screen and assess dogs for health issues, aggression and behaviour problems you’ll be a confident communicator (written and verbal), able to deal with sensitive and challenging situations in an appropriate manner ensuring the best outcome for our dogs and volunteers. You’ll also have excellent administrative skills, a good working knowledge of Microsoft Office, databases, and use of internet and web media. A full, clean, manual driving licence is essential for this role.
