Job Description: Working with our team at the Canadian Parts Distribution Centres, the System and Data Coordinator will join our Ford of Canada Family fulfilling a full-time assignment. You will play a central role in supporting warehouse operations across Canada by maintaining various systems, databases and reporting analytics. The successful candidate will also be required to support other established locations in Ontario and Alberta and travel accordingly. Job Responsibilities: Set up and maintain computer hardware for warehouse operations Maintain dealer files in POPs system Manage PC renewal Submit parts master updates Support computer room with all Technical concerns including scheduling printer support Submit various JCL / control card tasks, partner with IT to troubleshoot systems as required Submit culprit reports Verify key system shutdown and start up reports such as dealer billing and inventory updates processed correctly Assist warehouse with setting up System ID’s for programs and individuals Support invoicing issues as required Job Requirements: Excellent oral and written communication, collaboration and Proven self-starter Demonstrates technical aptitude, and ability to learn new systems Ability to multi-task and work independently with minimal supervision Education: Completion of Post-Secondary (Successful candidates will be required to provide proof of degree completion for the highest level of education attained. If the degree was obtained from a school outside of Canada, an Education Credential Assessment report showing Canadian equivalency is also required.) Functional and technical excellence coupled with strong analytical and problem-solving skills Advanced user in Excel and other Microsoft office applications Ability to forge strong, professional relations organizational skills Qualification & Experience: Labelview software knowledge Education: Bachelors degree in IT or related field of study Experience with SAP Experienced user in Access, Cognos and culprit.
