Job Description:

We’re looking for talented individuals to join the Charging team and play an integral leadership role in delivering new business models, experiences, and capabilities. We’re looking for a Fleet Charging Manager with a strong technical background alongside strong program / project management experience to develop world-class charging solutions.

Job Responsibilities:

• Evaluate compatibility with existing charging ecosystem elements.
• Strategic insight for project implementation.
• Partner with Ford data scientists, when required, to analyze customer vehicle usage data to develop recommendations to support our customers in their EV transition.
• Develop and support tactical solutions to deliver fleet solutions.
• Providing the European POV into the development of the Global CV Charging Strategy.
• Lead engagements with customers to identify needs, offer solutions, and request support customers must provide to facilitate a successful consulting engagement.
• Managing commercial agreements with outside vendors, ensuring that the Ford Pro brand is represented in the best way possible.
• Carry out feasibility studies and provide creative, resourceful solutions to ensure we deliver our corporate objectives.
• Develop vehicle charging solutions to include Fleet/Depot and software / system management.
• Evaluate alternative charging hardware against relevant selection criteria.

Job Requirements:

• Strong analytical and data skills including advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
• Passion for vehicle electrification.
• Comfort in working in ambiguous situations.
• 5+ years of experience in Program / Project Management.
• Effective verbal and written communicator.
• Proficient in modern collaboration tools such as Office 365, SharePoint and WebEx Teams.
• Understanding of the Ford Pro strategy.
• Relationship builder, collaborator.
• Experience managing and delivering multiple technical projects on time.
• Bachelor’s Degree.
