Job Description:

Due to ongoing growth, we are recruiting for Rostering Executives to join our team. Reporting to the Rostering Team Manager you will be responsible for the production and publication of compliant rosters for Jet2holidays colleagues colleagues in overseas destinations.

Job Responsibilities:

• Issue all rosters in a timely manner, meeting all regulatory requirements
• Deliver rosters which meet the needs of the colleague, the operation and which optimise customer facing time
• Monitor adherence to Jet2holidays rostering guidelines and contribute to current or future projects as appropriate

Job Requirements:

• The ability to turn around tasks at short notice while maintaining accuracy and quality of output
• An adaptable, flexible attitude, able to work in a fast-paced environment delivering to tight timescales
• Excellent Microsoft Excel skills and an eye for detail
• A strong understanding of resource planning and the cycle of roster planning and production
