Job Responsibilities:

  • Set objectives based on agreed key performance indicators and improve the performance of the team members by adapting and taking actions accordingly.
  • Work actively with the commercial team as part of the range change process by providing information regarding sales space parameters, anticipated sales start, required and remaining outgoing quantities.
  • Work in conjunction with the goods flow and business navigation Managers to analyze stock discrepancies as part of the inventory management process.
  • Lead the sales and supply support team to secure highest possible stock availability in partnership with the commercial team taking into consideration local positioning campaigns, commercial calendar and in-store activities.
  • Ensure the implementation of the defined and agreed logistics actions in the store’s business plan and within the sales and supply support team to secure an efficient and precise range management process for the store.
  • Maximize successful replenishment by managing supply chain operations and fulfillment actions in line with the commercial calendar.
  • Ensure that the Sales and Supply Support team works in compliance with the IKEA Code of Conduct, internal IKEA regulations and local legislation relating to health, safety and sustainability.

Job Requirements:

  • You have at least 3- 5 years’ experience of leading and managing a team, preferably gained in retail and/or logistics environment.
  • You have a high level of analytical and good numerical skills with the aptitude to lead and drive change based on performing and delivering while learning and developing.
  • You are driven to exceed goals through people and capable to manage a fast paced and vibrant retail environment working with an action plan and translate it into operational performance.
  • You understand budget, cost and key performance measurements used to plan, follow up and steer the business.
  • You have the desire to work for a values-driven company and genuine interest in IKEA’s product range, vision and business idea.
  • You can build trust and communicate clearly and meaningfully to inspire, engage and find value and ideas while collaborating with others.
