Job Responsibilities:
- Maintain supplies and ensure work area is kept clean and hazard-free
- Responsible for registering, assisting and supervising registered children
- Ensure a positive shopping experience by greeting visitors, being visible and available always and managing first contact resolution
- May be assigned to Information desk at the front to assist customers with general inquiries
- Always actively participating in the children’s safety and security
- Ensure the environment is playful and fun
- Advise all children of the Smaland rules and policies while their parents are present and ensure parents are aware of all Smaland policies and rules
- Assist in other duties as required by direct line Leader
- Communicate with parents if there is an issue or concern
Job Requirements:
- You have at least 6 months of Customer Service experience in a retail environment (preferably)
- You are totally cool working in a physically demanding, fast-paced, work environment
- You can prioritize, are disciplined, show initiative and have a flexible attitude
- You are as cool as a cucumber under pressure, and can take charge of an urgent situation, even if it means to quickly go get your Manager for help
- You are enthusiastic about working with children
