Job Description:
As a Supervisory Enforcement and Removal Assistant (OA), you will provide a variety of administrative and technical supervision necessary for accomplishing the work of the unit performing duties
Job Responsibilities:
- Reviewing subordinate work and case files for accuracy, completeness and validity of information.
- Performing a variety of technical and clerical duties associated with arranging the physical removal of aliens including the preparation and delivery of documents;
- Planning work to be accomplished by subordinates, setting and adjusting short-term priorities, and preparing schedules for completion of work;
- Administering the human resources management functions relative to the staff supervised;
- Hearing and resolving complaints from employees, referring group grievances, and more serious unresolved complaints to a higher level of supervisor or manager; and
Job Requirements:
- You must successfully pass a background investigation.
- Males born after 12/31/59 must certify registration with Selective Service.
- You must be a U.S. citizen to apply for this position.
- You must successfully pass a drug screen.

- Probationary Period: This is a full-time permanent position (Career/Career-Conditional appointment). Upon appointment to this position, you may be required to serve a one-year probationary period.

- Time in grade requirements must be met by the closing date of this announcement.
