Job Description: As a Supervisory Enforcement and Removal Assistant (OA), you will provide a variety of administrative and technical supervision necessary for accomplishing the work of the unit performing duties Job Responsibilities: Reviewing subordinate work and case files for accuracy, completeness and validity of information. Performing a variety of technical and clerical duties associated with arranging the physical removal of aliens including the preparation and delivery of documents; Planning work to be accomplished by subordinates, setting and adjusting short-term priorities, and preparing schedules for completion of work; Administering the human resources management functions relative to the staff supervised; Hearing and resolving complaints from employees, referring group grievances, and more serious unresolved complaints to a higher level of supervisor or manager; and Job Requirements: You must successfully pass a background investigation.
