Job Description:

The Entry Level Product Quality Assistant works directly with various teams to reach resolutions related to product quality concerns.

Job Responsibilities:

• Organize and prioritize large volume of correspondence.
• Maintain information with a high degree of accuracy and discretion.
• Communicate with various teams, gather information required for resolution.
• Assist with product issues, track trends, and reach resolution for concerns.
• Coordinate with internal team and team leader to resolve concerns.

Job Requirements:

• Strong analytical and resolution skills.
• Proficient in MS Office, AS400, and data entry programs.
• 3 to 5 years customer service or general office experience or training
• High school diploma or general education degree
• Ability to prioritize work flow and meet deadlines.
• Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
• Exceptional attention to detail.
