Job Description:

Hobby Lobby has an opening in our Ecommerce Customer Service department. The opening is for a Customer Service Representative to assist customers with our website. This is a full-time, position located at SW 44th and Council in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma. Hours are from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Monday through Friday.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Input and research orders/invoices
  • Respond to customer emails with clear, concise & detailed instructions.
  • Provide excellent customer service to customers by answering calls with a professional, thoughtful, & considerate attitude.
  • Data entry & research within various computer applications, including our online catalog (www.hobbylobby.com)

Job Requirements:

  • Communicate and work well with other employees
  • Strong computer skills, and experience with MS Office including Excel, Word, and Outlook
  • Be self-motivated and work without direct supervision
  • Must be able to multi-task and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Good problem solving skills, adapt quickly to change, & attention to detail
  • Professional grammar and writing skills
