Job Description:

The Sr. Business Analyst will support the Low Volume Manufacturing and Supply Chain Team as the domain leader collaborating with Manufacturing Engineering and Manufacturing Operations, IT and Global Purchasing & Supply Chain other partners to identify, develop and implement IT projects delivering new and improved business capabilities exceeding the customer expectations.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Develop IT result proposals including comprehensive cost and benefit analysis aligned with communicated constraints from the customer base and other team members.
  • Lead and conduct the requirement elicitation and documentation and the analysis of the user stories against requirements. Document and close identified gaps.
  • Develop, collaborate, and communicate roadmaps for IT results aligned with customers and IT collaborators including IT architects and IT development leaders.
  • Confirm and document with partners the completeness of the requirements prior to development start including the customer, the IT development lead, and the test lead. This includes the completeness of an individual requirement and the prioritized set of requirements to meet or exceed the business expectation for production release.
  • Deal and develop prioritized result execution plan.
  • Develop and drive domain specific Bill of IT in collaboration with customers.
  • Develop & manage project engagement & execution matrix with clearly defined roles & responsibilities.
  • Assess and document business and technology opportunities and threats.
  • Develop reason and high-level user stories supporting and enabling the case.
  • Identify, develop expertise, and communicate emerging opportunities and capabilities.

Qualification & Experience:

  • Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP) or Project Management Professional (PMP) certification
  • 10 years of experience in domain leadership within Information or Operation Technology (15 years is preferred)
  • Knowledge of data structures, data base design, data warehouses, business intelligence/analytic tools, ETL tools, and data integration methods
  • Experience in leading and running large programs with multiple partners including definition of roles & responsibilities, documentation and tracking of action plans, status reporting and organizational change
  • Experience eliciting, documenting, and handling user requirements and user stories along with detailed acceptance criteria and test cases
  • Experience in global manufacturing, engineering business operations or GPSC
  • Experience documenting and analyzing business processes using industry best practices and standard tools (flowcharts, activity/interaction diagrams)
  • Experience in large scale enterprise wide IT or Operational Technology (OT) system implementations
  • Understanding of data reporting & visualization tools
  • Experience conducting User Acceptance Testing, including test planning, test execution, and defect management/resolution
