Job Description:

An exciting opportunity to join our Global Enterprise Product Line Management (EPLM) team as a Strategy and Planning Specialist.

Job Responsibilities:

• Support the development of senior management presentations for strategic studies.
• Participate in customer research events to deepen understanding of Commercial Vehicle customer needs and wants
• Lead reviews of strategic priorities, customer and product trends (internal and external) and recommend data-driven justification for projects.
• Find connected solutions to deliver the next generation of commercial experiences to create lifetime value for customers.
• Identify hands-free autonomous driving technology to develop value-add CV offerings.
• Find new solutions for products, accessories, services, and experiences to attract and retain customer.
• Develop plans for current and next generation vehicles to grow the business profits and strengthen the Ford brand.
• Lead commercial vehicle electrification plans to meet customer, legislative and corporate goals.

Job Requirements:

• Strong quantitative & analytical skills and the ability to interpret data, make timely and accurate decisions and communicate recommendations.
• An enthusiastic and flexible team player, who has a cando attitude.
• Ability to think and operate strategically and to work creatively in complex situations.
• Strong influencing and reasoning skills to drive key decision points.
• Comfortable working with and leading others in person and remotely as part of a multidisciplinary team.
• Ability to work in ambiguous situations and as part of a rapidly evolving business, bringing structure and process discipline to focus work efforts.
• Knowledge of automotive products and development processes.
• An understanding of Ford’s business and competitive environment.
• Selfreliance to operate in small teams, or on your own for assignments.
• Strong communication skills including the ability to communicate complex ideas in clear and concise verbal and written/graphical forms.
