We have an exciting opportunity to join Ford Motor Company within the Ford Customer Service Division (FCSD) in a Strategic Account Manager Role. FCSD are responsible for enhancing the aftersales Customer experience by working collaboratively with our partners within the UK & Ireland Dealer network. This is delivered by working closely with our Dealer network to “Treat Customers like Family“. We are at present at a pivotal point on the customer experience journey, as we introduce new and exciting Battery Electric Vehicles (BEV) and advanced technologies, alongside our existing vehicle portfolio.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Assist with field input for any Warranty matters that may occur
  • Work with Vehicle Sales and Marketing and Fleet teams to realise One Ford opportunities
  • Ensure dealer participation in Ford Aftersales Programmes including Ford Service Sell-Out Programme, Ford Video Check, Smart CRM, Digital Service Records, FordPass, Omnicraft, Mobile Service, Accessories and Loyalty Programmes (Ford Service/SARA)
  • Deliver maximum engagement with on-line service booking, contactless features for customers to deliver best-in-class capability on PU&D / mobility solutions in order to achieve top quartile customer satisfaction and experience.
  • Grow dealer parts sales through the workshop by implementing effective marketing plans to drive more workshop traffic and maximise the parts upsell opportunity on all vehicles in the workshop.
  • Oversee and guide actions to ensure achievement of Customer Viewpoint (CVP) objectives
  • Champion Role for Ford Accessories and Ford Pass
  • Collaborate with Subject Matter Experts (SME) in the areas of CV’s, FSA’s and Lead-time Management

Qualification & Experience:

  • You should be able to demonstrate the example of agile working and adaptability.
  • Experience of working cross-functionally in a Sales or Aftersales environment is an advantage.
  • Good knowledge of MS Office
  • Demonstrate a collaborative approach, with Internal and External Customers
  • Degree educated is preferable, however consideration will be given to those candidates without a degree, who can demonstrate effective performance and deep knowledge of the Aftersales business.
  • Driving results to meet and exceed customers’ expectations
  • Full UK Driving License required
  • Experience working for an OEM / Automotive /Blue-chip Company within Sales or Marketing functions
  • Prioritising workload in an environment of regularly changing demands.
