As a DE&I Recruiting Specialist and Sourcing Lead, you have a passion for diversity, equity, and inclusion, and you share an eagerness for attracting the best talent, with a prioritized focus on diversity hiring. You will drive and support putting our mission into action, by building and executing recruitment strategies that identify and attract diverse candidates for roles across the organization. Job Responsibilities:

  • Review and research data to determine target communities for outreach initiatives.
  • Partner with recruiting team members to outline and achieve DE&I objectives.
  • Work with the global talent organization in a lively and fast-paced environment.
  • In partnership with recruitment managers, track diversity and inclusion goals, progress, and outcomes to be shared with leadership and internal customers.
  • Collaborate with internal resource groups and external diverse organizations to grow strategic partners and positively impact Ford’s talent pipeline.
  • Design, develop, and implement strategic sourcing and recruitment strategies passionate about diversity, equity, and inclusion to build diverse talent networks.
  • Maintain up-to-date data on DE&I initiatives to show areas of growth and potential regarding ROI.
  • Engage with underrepresented populations though outreach practices and initiatives such as social media, events, and partnerships to build and champion relationships with potential candidates.
  • Develop and maintain candidate pools of diverse and qualified talent through relationship-building and providing updates on newly opened position.
  • Propose and lead DEI sourcing initiatives for the technical software recruitment team and see them through to completion.

Qualification & Experience:

  • Track record of proven results within DEI recruitment
  • Ability to make decisions, take direction, and implement a plan
  • 3+ years of sourcing or recruiting experience with a focus on diversity, equity, and inclusion
  • 3+ years of experience in identifying and building relationships with DEI events, communities, and associations
  • 5+ years of experience in DEI recruitment
  • CRM experience regarding ROI on DEI resources
  • High School or GED
  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Confirmed ability to work and excel within a team environment
  • Expert process/system knowledge to track and maintain data, campaigns, events, etc.
