Job Description: Lead QVM program technical delivery for South Africa Job Responsibilities: Interface with Ford Product Development teams to troubleshoot and develop technical solutions Responsible for ensuring the South Africa QVM process maintains alignment with Global process Responsible for technical delivery of the QVM program in Sth Africa Reporting to T6 SVE Program Management Supervisor in Australia with Matrix Report to PVT Program Management Supervisor, and supported by global QVM teams Provide voice of customer feedback to T6 SVE from customers and modifiers Communication and working relationships Conduct QVM audits using globally established processes Work with potential QVMs to ensure our high standards for safety, quality and process control are achieved and maintained Job Requirements: Linguistic skills Attention to detail – scrutinizing technical documents General attributes Organised, independent, hands-on, can-do attitude and able to work with minimal supervision Excellent interpersonal, influencing and negotiating skills Project Management and project writing skills Competencies Experience working with OEM suppliers, vehicle converters or within the automotive aftermarket industry would be beneficial Technical skills Supplier quality assurance background would be highly regarded Qualification & Experience: Bachelor Degree in Engineering or equivalent 5+ years’ relevant industry experience preferred Job Details: Company: Ford Motor Company Vacancy Type: Full Time Job Location: Pretoria, Gauteng, SA Application Deadline: N/A Apply Here Careersvilla.com
