Job Description:
The Communications Analyst installs, tests, maintains, enhances, configures, and plans major communication systems.
Job Requirements:
Requires a foundation of computer science theory and practice, initiative, analytic skills, the ability to learn new concepts quickly and oral and written communications skills typically acquired by completion of a Bachelor’s Degree in computer science or equivalent work experience. Requires knowledge of the intra-component communication relationships between major software systems at a detailed level; the ability to recognize the existence of performance, reliability and processing problems; knowledge of basic statistical techniques; familiarity with procedures of the unit and Data Center; and knowledge of complex technical material acquired through a minimum of one year full-time work experience. Demonstrate strong customer service orientation and must be a team player. The Communications Analyst position is in support of a Cloud Architecture and Administration team responsible for the support of cloud foundational services, tenant administration, and advancing cloud adoption within the organization focused on AWS Gov Cloud and Microsoft Azure/o365 core services.
