Job Description: Under the direction of the Chief of Staff, Administrative and Program Support Branch, the incumbent provides supervision and oversight over staff responsible for Subpoena Support, Occupational Licensing Writs, the Office of Administrative Hearing (OAH) Scheduler, and Administrative and Legal Support; ensures staff comply with all the Departmental policies, office standard procedures and protocols; monitors and evaluates staff's work performance and development; resolves discipline and grievance issues; recognizes and commends accomplishments and outstanding performance; makes recommendations concerning personnel hiring and training; and develops and mentors staff to ensure skill levels meet the needs of the department and the division.
