Job Description: The Riverside DMV Contact Center is seeking enthusiastic and dependable individuals with a positive attitude and the ability to provide extraordinary service to our customers via the telephone. Under the direction of the Manager I, incumbents will analyze vehicle and driver license records to provide information in response to customers’ questions and make appointments for customers. Job Requirements: All eligible applicants are encouraged to apply; however, hiring preference will be given to current permanent full-time Motor Vehicle Representative (MVR) intra-agency transfer applicants or eligible permanent intermittent MVR applicants through the Post and Bid process. In addition, hiring preference will be given to bilingual applicants to meet mandatory or preferred bilingual services.
